Minor Bug Fixes in Valorantįixed a lot of minor bugs where players could plant the spike without it making noise along with the bugs with few agents where they couldn’t go back to their screen after using some ability like Cypher’s Cam or Sova’s Owl Drone. The VALORANT Premier Ignition Stage is now live as part of patch 7.01, seeing the first open beta period come to an end. This was confirmed by Nick Wu Smith on a recent stream. Now Riot Games has gone one step further and will increase the price from 400 credits to 500 in the 2.03 update. The rule of Solo / Duo queue now also applies to Diamond 3 rank, as the player now needs to prove their base to climb to Immortal / Radiant. In the last update, the 2.02 patch, running accuracy was decreased, which made the run and gun style of the Frenzy less appealing. Players from Iron to Diamond level will receive bonus rank rating for their exceptional performance. It’ll help the players as well as the legit smurfers to rank up quicker. This is the patch where we start to tackle the feeling that running accuracy isn’t where it should be. With the increase in effectiveness in the Rank Rating Convergence, players will now reach their deserving ranks faster than before. Competitive Update / Rank Rating Convergence in Valorant This is a change to the game which players were asking for for a long time now. Run and gun is still possible though, just very rare and difficult depending on the range of your enemy.
These changes make it less likely to be killed with someone running around trying to spray you down.
